Brad Marvin is Whiting Petroleum’s Vice President of Business Development, responsible for origination, analysis, execution and integration of acquisitions as well as execution of divestitures. Prior to joining Whiting, Brad was Vice President of Business Development at FourPoint Energy, a Denver-based private exploration and production company led by George Solich focused on the Anadarko Basin in Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to FourPoint, Brad was a Partner with Petrie Partners and a Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Energy Investment Banking Group. Before his investment banking career, he was a Field Artillery Captain in the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry Division. Mr. Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.
